1st Prize - No 1, Mikhail Khramtsevich (Country) 3br3/3p2B1/1p1p4/5Np1/Q3R1bq/3k1nRp/pP4N1/r1nK4

1.Re5? – 2.Qb3+ Sxb3#, 1...dxe5 2.Rxf3+ Bxf3#, 1...Rxe5 2.Se1+ Rxe1#, 1...Bxf5!
1.Re6? – 2.Qb3+ Sxb3#, 1...dxe6 2.Rxf3+ Bxf3#, 1...Rxe6 2.Se1+ Rxe1#, 1...Bf6!

1.Re7! – 2.Qb3+ Sxb3#, 1...Bxe7 2.Rxf3+ Bxf3#, 1...Rxe7 2.Se1+ Rxe1#
Double processing of the theme (Z-32-62). The White Rook is gradually sacrificed in three fields. Then it is possible 2.Rxf3+ and 2.Se1+ depending on which black piece takes it. Very nice mechanism that is similar to pdb/P1261058. However, the technical design is completely different and also richer in content.

Theme supplemented by the exchange of the 2nd moves of white. (Z-32-44). The black king battery mates in all thematic variants!
