I received 6 problems. On the one hand, it’s a few. But on the other hand, the proposed theme is quite difficult (in my opinion) and quite peculiar. That’s why the response of composers, who ventured to send their entries, deserves all respect!
The TT arbitrator only once touched this “theme” – yacpdb/374782 (White Rook attacks Black the one on 2nd and 3rd moves).

No 4 (Kc3-Ka2) is non-thematic.
No 2 (Kf4-Kh1) has a full anticipation – yacpdb/157778.
The idea of No 3 (Kc3-Ka8) was realized more interestingly in yacpdb/342195.

1st Prize, 1st Place - No 6, Jozef Havran (Slovakia) 8/7Q/8/p5P1/prpRRKp1/Pkp1PpP1/3P1r1p/1BB2b2

1...Rxd2 2.Rxd2 cxd2 3.Qb2#
1...cxd2 2.Rd3+ cxd3/Bxd3 3.Qb2#
The theme is realized with change-play – surely this is highly encouraged! In a set play one White Rook plays and in the solution – another. White Queen plays from ambush in both cases. Nice! It’s original and very thoughtful (!) performance of the theme.

Honorable mention, 2nd Place - No 1, Karol Mlynka (Slovakia) kN6/rRB5/8/2N5/8/8/8/5B1K

1...Ra5 (x) 2.Rb5+ Ka7 (e) 3.Rxa5# (E)
1...Ra6 (y) 2.Rb6+ Ka7 (f) 3.Rxa6# (F)
1...Rxb7 2.Bxb7+ Ka7 (g) 3.Sc6# (G)
The concept is performed in Fleck-Karlström form. But pointed by author Visserman theme is debatable. In a threat there is multifold change-mate on 1…Rb7, and in variations of solution – on 1…Ka7. Such “geometric” change-play is formal. The merits of this problem are excellent form (aristocrat) and ideological content – even schematic partly.

1.Rh2! - 2.Rxa2 - 3.Qh7#, 2...Sh3 3.Qb1#
1...Re5 2.Re2 Sh3 3.Rxe5#
1...Rd5 2.Rd2 Sh3 3.Rxd5#
1...Rc5 2.Rc2 Sh3 3.Rxc5#
1...Rb5 2.Rb2 Sh3 3.Rxb5#
1...Sh3 2.Qe1 Sxf4/Rd5/Rc5/Rb5 3.Qe4#, 2...Sf2 3.Qxa5# (2...Sxg5 3.Rxg5#, 2...Re5 3.Qxe5#)
1...Se2 2.Rxe2 ~ 3.Qh7#
Four ideological variations and excellent threat! Total a White Rook plays 5 (!) times on 2nd rank. After publication of provisional award, the author managed to improve significantly a quality of the key – not it is without capture and with destroying of White battery. A distinction of the problem was upgraded because it does not violate the interests of other participants.
