Посмотрев на позицию, возникшую после только что сделанного черными хода за соседним столиком, игрок заметил, что в соответствии с правилами ФИДЕ у белых теперь есть возможность дать мат в 1 ход.
Прав ли игрок?
After looking at the position that has just arisen after Black’s move at the nearest chess table, a player remarked that, according to the FIDE Laws of Chess the FIDE Laws of Chess , White now has an opportunity to mate in 1 move.
Is the player right?
Solution.
What was Black’s last move? If b4xc3, then the black pawns must have made 7 captures, while only 6 white pieces are missing. If Kb8-c8, then this was preceded by an illegal check from the white rook. If Re8-d8, then this was preceded by an illegal check to the white king (the white king must have been in check with Black to move). Only 0-0-0 remains.
How did the white rook get to b7?
In case of cross-capture by the black pawns – a7xb6 and b7xa6 – then again there must have been 7 captures of white pieces, one too many. If the rook is a promoted one, then White must have made 4 captures: fxe, exd, dxc, c6xb7; one capture is in store. Black pawns made 5 captures; the white g-pawn must be included in the balance; it had to make 2 captures to get to the e-file (so that Black could play f7xPe6 or f6xPe5); to promote with the black king making no moves, the pawn would have had to make even more moves: three. So, White must have made at least 6 captures, while only 5 black pieces are missing. Therefore, the black king moved to let the white rook in, allowing it to get to b7. Black erroneously castled; the castling must be retracted and Black must make a move with his king, pursuant to pp. 7.5.a and 4.4.c of the FIDE Laws.
4.4.
If a player having the move:
с) intending to castle, touches the king and then a rook, but castling with this rook is illegal, the player must make another legal move with his king (which may include castling with the other rook). If the king has no legal move, the player is free to make any legal move.
7.5.
a) If during a game it is found that an illegal move has been completed, the position immediately before the irregularity shall be reinstated. https://www.fide.com/fide/handbook.html?id=171&view=article
It follows from the full text of paragraph 7.5.a (see (FIDE Laws of Chess) that when the position has been ‘restored’ after an illegal move, the player has to make a move with the touched piece, in this particular case, the king.
Решение. Последний ход черных? Если b4:c3, то черные пешки били 7 раз, тогда как не хватает 6 белых фигур. Если Kb8-c8, то перед этим белая ладья давала нелегальный шах. Если Re8-d8, то перед этим был нелегальный шах белому королю (перед ходом черных белый король уже был под шахом). Остается 0-0-0. Как белая ладья попала на b7? Если черные пешки били накрест, пропуская ладью, – a7:b6, b7:a6, – то вновь 7 взятий белых фигур. Если ладья превращенная, то белые били 4 раза: f:e, e:d, d:c, c6:b7, в запасе 1 взятие. Черные пешки били 5 раз, в балансе учтена белая пешка g, которая должна была бить 2 раза, чтобы попасть на линию “e” (черные могли в таком случае побить f7:п.e6 или f6:п.e5); для превращения при недвигавшемся черном короле белой пешке “g” понадобилось бы еще больше взятий – 3. Тогда суммарно белые сделали 6 взятий, но не хватает только 5 черных фигур. Следовательно, черный король двигался, пропуская белую ладью на поле b7. Черные ошибочно рокировали, рокировку надо взять назад, и черные должны походить королем, в соответствии с пунктами Правил 7.5.а и 4.4.с. 4.4. Если игрок при своём ходе с) намереваясь сделать рокировку, коснулся короля, а затем и ладьи, но рокировка с этой ладьёй не разрешена, игрок должен сделать другой, разрешённый ход королем, (который может включать рокировку с другой ладьёй). Если у короля нет разрешённого хода, игрок может сделать любой разрешённый ход; 7.5. а) Если во время игры обнаружено, что был совершён неразрешённый Правилами ход, то должна быть восстановлена позиция непосредственно перед нарушением. https://www.fide.com/fide/handbook.html?id=171&view=article Черные берут назад рокировку, ходят королем: 0…Kd8 – и белые матуют в 1 ход: 1.Q:d7#.
Из полного текста п. 7.5.a (см. Правила шахмат ФИДЕ) следует, что при восстановлении позиции после нелегального хода игрок обязан походить фигурой, к которой прикоснулся, а данном случае – королем.
