Первое произведение – #3 опубликовал в 1957 году. Всего задач опубликовано около 40. Чемпион IX личного первенства СССР за 1966-1967 гг в разделе многоходовок. За эту победу присвоено звание мастера спорта СССР по шахматной композиции. Первый этюд опубликовал в 1966 году в журнале “Шахматы в СССР”. За все время творчества составлено чуть больше 100 этюдов. Любимый жанр – миниатюра.
