Яков Ефимович Каменецкий
(1915-1991) Беларусь. Член Союза
журналистов СССР, кандидат в мастера спорта по шахматам. Входил в состав
сборной БССР в командных первенствах СССР и товарищеских матчах.
Опубликовал около 100 задач, треть отмечены отличиями в конкурсах
составления. Он внёс весомый вклад в развитие шахматной композиции в
Беларуси и воспитании молодых композиторов, редактировал шахматные
отделы в республиканских газетах и журналах
Yakov Kamenetsky (1915-1991) Belarus. Member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR, candidate for master of sports in chess. He was a member of the national team of the BSSR in the team championships of the USSR and friendly matches. He published about 100 problems, a third are marked by differences in the compilation competitions. He made a significant contribution to the development of chess composition in Belarus and the education of young composers, edited chess departments in national newspapers and magazines
